Our client, part of a large organisation offering fantastic career development, is looking for someone to join their customer service team based in Marlow.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries via email and telephone. Therefore we are looking for someone bright, confident and personable with excellent communication skills.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 6 and our client offers excellent career development and full training.

An interest in cameras and the various model types would be an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities will include

* Responding to customer service enquiries

* Taking customer telephone calls and responding to any outstanding queries in a timely fashion

* Answering any queries customers may have on specific aspects of a product

* Securing orders and giving regular updates

* Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times

Skill/Personal Profile:
* An exceptional understanding of Customer Service is essential

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required

* Attention to detail is crucial

* Must be a quick learner, with strong computing sills

* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm is key

* You need to be comfortable working in a fast -paced environment
