We're looking for an experience Customer Services Manager for our client based in High Wycombe!

This position will manage the Customer Service and Service Administration Team for the EMEA region by providing clear goals, strategies and initiatives. You will be a proactive member of the EMEA Leadership Team.

Location: High Wycombe (Must be a driver)
Salary: Competitive plus benefits, including: 5% bonus, 25 days holiday, attractive pension scheme, healthcare and life assurance.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the customer service team
  • Maintain high levels of communication within customer service team
  • Schedule and organise personnel to accommodate anticipated workflow
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Develop and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards
  • Develop, recommend, and coordinate the implementation of new procedures
  • Identify any customer concerns, investigate and resolve problems
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives
  • Partner with the EMEA Sales Teams to achieve sales goals
  • Train and provide development opportunities for staff
  • Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed.
  • Attract, retain and develop high potential talent
  • Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a regional strategy and team operating plan.

  • Strong communicator across all key stakeholders
  • A self-motivator who can motivate the team
  • Related B2B experience, preferably in related industry
  • Prior management and leadership experience
  • Effective leadership, development and training skills required
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Data driven and process oriented with ability to prioritise
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus skills
