Seeking an experienced Customer Service person so join our client, based in Iver on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary: £18,000 - 22,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

The Customer Service Repairs Co-ordinator is responsible for the provision of customer service support, administrative assistance, greet and direct visitors, respond to calls and emails and organise maintenance for the properties in the portfolio. They are expected to provide a high level of personalised customer service at all times and manage stakeholder interests.

Key responsibilities:
* Answering a high volume of inbound calls, including taking messages for colleagues and handling tenant queries
* Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, providing a responsive service
* Liaising with the roaming maintenance team, including booking jobs, checking the status of jobs and chasing for jobs to be closed
* Coordinating maintenance operatives, caretakers and outside contractors to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed
* Booking appointments with external companies to repair properties
* Ensuring health and safety measures and other compliance procedures are followed
* Organising inspections of properties and maintenance duties, including pest control, gardening and carpet cleaning, when required
* Accurately update the system records in a timely manner

Key skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and ability to multi-task
