Our client based near Maidenhead is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their small and friendly team.
You will be a primary contact for both internal and external customers and responsible for upholding their excellent reputation within their field.
Key respnsibilities include:
- Provide best customer service to both internal and external customers, respecting the company mission.
- Sales order management, processing Sales Force tickets within expected time frame.
- Take ownership of issues/enquiries on Sales Force support tickets, setting realistic expectations offering solutions in a reasonable time frame while liaising with the customer.
- Acquire and recall product knowledge to deal with product queries efficiently, aligning with sales reps and clinical specialists.
- Use Sales Force system to track and communicate issues/enquiries, sending emails, liaising with clients.
- Involved in tender activities as requested, proficient in excel to manage pricing/product data.
- Involvement in year end Financial and audits, satisfying audit requests.
- Regular involvement in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) review, aligning with QA processes
- Quote preparation in Oracle
- Involvement in regular team meetings to align and share experiences/issues

This is an urgent position to fill and will start asap. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. There is parking available on-site.
