Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives required for a fast-expanding business in Wokingham. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to go above and beyond for the companies clients. Previous customer service experience is ideal, however a positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential.

Salary £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on experience

Key duties to include:

  • Answering inbound calls, taking messages where appropriate or resolving where possible. Answering email correspondence where necessary and recording conversations accurately
  • Registering candidates for payroll
  • Scanning and saving important documentation
  • Post-sales calls to ensure high levels of service
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and recording accurately
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Recording details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Key skills & knowledge required:

  • High level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
  • A positive and friendly demeanour with the ability to make clients feel at ease
  • Ability to work accurately with a good eye for detail
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
