Our client are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage internal and external communications accurately and efficiently ensuring all requirements are met for the UK, Europe and EIRE key accounts.

Key Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for E-Book billing, utilizing Excel. Support online queries across EMEA for our Digital products
  • Handle complex queries for customers within your defined territory (which could potentially change from time to time), within the departmental service level targets
  • Handle all calls distributed to you by the call management system, maximizing resolution at first point of contact
  • The processing of more complex orders and queries relating to drop shipment orders, subscription orders and other nonstandard processes

  • Record statistical information as per the departmental requirement
  • Handling overflow orders/queries that are of a similar nature and complexity to your own
  • Develop and maintain customer relations, always promoting a positive departmental and company image
  • Provide constructive, quantitative feedback and ensure two way communication with the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service environment required
  • Good experience with MS Excel will be required
  • Excellent communication skills required - experience of dealing professionally with customers either face to face, via telephone or by email is essential.
  • Understanding of customers in international markets would be preferred
  • Understanding of publishing process would be preferred
