We are looking for a team focused, professional and passionate Customer Services Representative for our client based in Maidenhead.

The primary purpose of the role is to manage internal and external communications ensuring all customer requirements are identified and met.

Salary: £24k - £26k
Location: Maidenhead

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming telephone / email sales enquiries
  • Provide administrative support for E-book billing, using Excel
  • Handling complex queries within the agreed service level targets
  • Complex order processing within the agreed service level targets

Key Skills:

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding of customers in international markets would be preferred
