A professional and well-established organisation is seeking a highly professional Customer Service Rep to join their team in Maidenhead. This is a temporary position to start ASAP and will continue up to May 2020.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing internal and external communications received via phone, email, fax, post of the internet.
* A timely, efficient and accurate response is required ensuring all customer requirements are identified and met.
* Administrative support for online billing using MS Excel, supporting online queries for digital products.
* Handling complex queries for customers.
* Complex order processing for customers.
* Developing positive working relationships with internal teams and third parties.
* Based in Maidenhead.

Key Skills

* Previous experience in a customer service environment is required.
* Good working experience with MS Excel is essential.
* Experience of dealing professionally with customers either face to face or via phone/email.
* International experience is preferred to have an understanding of customers in international markets.
