This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced growing organisation supporting with front line customer queries. The role is on a temporary basis on-going. This role will be working from home.

For this role we are looking for someone who is energetic, professional and focused who can work seamlessly within a busy team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Receiving inbound calls
  • Logging phone calls
  • Making call backs to any missed calls
  • Ensuring databases are kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Escalating issues when required
  • Managing and supporting customer relationships

Key skills & competency requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details is essential
  • Must have the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced work environment
  • Excellent team player, personable and able to operate at all levels
