Customer Services Executive

Our client, one of the world leaders in their field, is looking for a bright, proactive and highly motivated candidate to join their customer services team and work on one of their key accounts.

This is a really varied role and our client offers a great salary plus excellent benefits.

Applicant must have A-C GCSE Maths and English, an excellent telephone manner along with good attention to detail, good knowledge of Excel and previous SAP experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in a professional and effective manner to ensure optimum customer service
  • Process orders and manage customer stock
  • Check all web transactions have been actioned correctly
  • Issue recollection references
  • Answer customer emails
  • Check SAP for new orders throughout the day
  • Updating the customer information files
  • Chase outstanding orders with customer
  • Inform customers of any short loading at the depot
  • Process returns daily
  • Issue reports

Key Skills

  • Previous customer service and/or admin experience
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office
  • Organised, proactive,and able to multitask
  • Able to think for themselves
