Customer Services Rep

6 month temporary contract, working from home.

Responsibilities included working as part of a busy and focused team, processing sales orders, liaising with customers on delivery schedules and answering all range of customer queries. Raising quotes and maintaining pricing. Liaison with internal departments and regular team meetings for updates.

Suitable applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience in sales administration, customer service (working with a product rather than a service) or logistics and preferably have knowledge of SAP/CRM systems plus excellent working experience of MS Office.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload combined with good problem solving and analytical skills.
