Well established business is seeking additional temporary Sales & Customer Service Reps to work within their call centre team. To start ASAP on an ongoing basis, possibly for 6 to 9 months. Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 pm

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing high level customer service to incoming callers.

Developing a rapport with customers and providing guidance in relation to products.

Converting inbound calls to sales opportunities.

Making outbound sales and customer service calls/call backs.

Sales order processing.

General administration duties.

Delivering outstanding customer service.

High calibre brand within a growing business.

Based in Bracknell with parking.

Skills Responsibilities

Experience of telephone based sales and customer service would be beneficial.

Requires a confident and friendly personality.

Excellent listening skills.

Confident telephone manner

Sales & target driven

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
