Customer Success Account Manager

Our client, a dynamic, fast-growing financial software company, is looking for an outstanding individual to support and nurture their clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.

The role is based in Amersham (Buckinghamshire) and will involve travelling.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement
* Build strong relationships and ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
* Design and create account plans
* Present statistics at client review meetings and provide solutions to improve and enhance engagement
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage issues through to resolution
* Track and manage engagement and usage of the product
* Coordinate internal teams to support client requests
* Identify issues before they arise and alternatively highlight opportunities that could benefit a client

Key Skills and Requirements Needed:
* Proven track record in relationship or customer success management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven experience in maintaining and improving client retention rates
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Proven success of delivering results in-line with business objectives
* Experience and knowledge of the UK Wealth Management sector and/or other professional services (e.g. Legal, Accountancy), would be advantageous
* Experience and knowledge of the IT/software sector would, be advantageous
