Customer Supply Executive

Our client are one of the leading, rapidly growing consumer health business in the world.

They are looking for Entrepreneurial individuals to be a part of their business, who are ambitious and driven.

As a Customer Supply Executive you will be responsible for processing their customer orders from the point they are sent in to the moment they reach their warehouse system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the day to day ordering process, from customer order to receipt of order
  • Lead daily meeting with stakeholders to discuss inbound, availability and prioritisation of stock to customer to achieve an acceptable service
  • Responsible for pack fill rate coding on shorted lines according to root cause analysis
  • Minimising nil stocks and sending executable orders to the warehouse
  • General day to day reporting
  • Streamlining internal processes
  • Working with the customer service team and finance team
  • Working with demand planners, customer teams, logistics, warehouse throughout the end to end process

Key skills:

  • Exceptional ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail is key in this role
  • Organised and methodical, someone the enjoys working on a process orientated job
  • Good understanding of systems
  • Advance Excel skills
