Customer Support Administrator

Our client, an established organisation based in High Wycombe are currently looking for a dynamic Administrator who is also able to help with the Customer Service department when necessary. You will be responsible for assisting with the back office admin for the UK operations and business development teams assisting with a range of duties.

Key duties

UK Operations

  • Co-ordinate the training process for successful applicants, including liaising with the trainers, arranging accommodation and expenses for the trainees and the recording and filing of training documents and Operator Agreements
  • Recording and filing of Operator Agreements and Right to Work documentation
  • Co-ordinate and manage uniform orders
  • Maintaining the RM site inspection sheet records and identify issues for follow up.
  • Recording and distributing of weekly movements for UK field staff
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks to support the UK Management team: RM Meetings etc

UK Customer Services

  • Support and assist the Customer Services Dept
  • Deal with customers on the phone
  • Investigate and provide support to resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Log incident reports and complaints
  • Prepare and post standard letters to customers
  • Provide cover for daily/weekly tasks

Business Development

  • Production of reporting and updating of database as required
  • Co-ordinating voucher orders
  • Resolve business customer voucher code queries using digital voucher system
  • Order and set up equipment and marketing materials sent to sites and business customers
  • Provide cover for daily and weekly tasks

Key Skills & Experience

  • Confident self-starter
  • Good PC Skills
  • Confident with MS packages
  • Customer Service Experience would be an advantage
