Our client, are a Fine Foods distribution company, seeking a Customer Support Coordinator, Maternity cover, up until 11th October 2018. As a Customer Support Coordinator you will need to provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to the Customer Services Department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries, complaints, deliveries, etc…
  • Opening leads for new accounts
  • Raising returns & credits
  • Processing bespoke orders, back orders & standing orders
  • Processing orders via telephone with 100% accuracy.
  • Upselling promotional / short dated and new products on inbound calls
  • General administration duties related to the Customer Services Department.
  • Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Customer Services Manager

Key skills:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
