My client is an established national supplier of premium products for Fine Dining, Pastry and Hospitality in the UK.

They are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator on an 18 month FTC.

* Monday- Wednesday 08:30am - 16:30pm & Thursday-Friday 09:00am- 17:00pm
* Salary: £27,175 per annum
* Monthly Promotions: 50p-£1.00 per unit sold (Avg for a good seller- £180-£200 per month
* Annual Profit share and KPI bonuses up to £2,000
* 24 days annual leave per year
* Free Parking Available

Key responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer queries, complaints, deliveries, etc…
* Opening leads for new accounts
* Raising returns & credits
* Processing bespoke orders, back orders & standing orders
* Processing orders via telephone with 100% accuracy.
* Upselling promotional / short dated and new products on inbound calls
* General administration duties related to the Customer Services Department.
* Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Customer Services Manager

Key skills:

* Previous customer service experience essential
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
* Positive, can-do attitude
