Customer Support Coordinator - Twilight shift (Evenings)

This role is a customer support role consisting of full time, evening shifts.

Sunday 4:30pm- Midnight: (This shift will be predominantly processing all orders that come through over the weekend including answerphone messages, and is lone working. We do have cleaners in from about 7pm-9pm and the warehouse night shift starts at 9pm, but no -one else within the office.)
Monday- Thursday- 2:30pm- 22.30pm

Key responsibilities:

- Dealing with customer queries, complaints, deliveries, etc…
- Processing orders via online and telephone with 100% accuracy

- Raising returns & credits
- Processing bespoke orders
- Upselling promotional / short dated and new products on inbound calls
- General administration duties related to the Customer Services Department.
- Confirming invoices on EDI platforms
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Customer Services Manager

Key skills:
- Previous customer service experience essential
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Previous experience of SAP beneficial but not essential
- Ability to prioritise workloads
