Our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Wokingham, has a fantastic opportunity for a bright, motivated and organised person to join their team as a Customer Support and Digital Marketing Assistant.

This role is a real mixture of administration and sales support, customer services and digital marketing.

Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, this person's main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers via telephone and email
- pro-actively contacting customers to inform about latest products and seek sales appointments
- Supporting their ongoing Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Responsible for producing and sending mail shots as required by marketing and sales management
- Managing our customer database and customer mailing activities
- Ensuring sufficient stocks of batteries, logbooks, replacement meters etc are maintained
- Organising travel for staff and customers
- Arranging sales meetings, attend and record minutes plus sales support administration to the team

The ideal candidate will be well organised, with good communication skills both verbal and written, excellent telephone manner, and good MS Office skills. The salary for this position will be based on experience but up to £22,000. Our client also offers an attractive pension scheme, BUPA and DenPlan insurance, life insurance and free parking.
