Our client is an exciting IT company with a true start-up success story looking for Customer Support Engineers to join their dynamic and ambitious team.

If successful you will be working for a vibrant organisation who work with some of the largest companies in a stunning new office and working environment.

The Role

  • Supporting their global base of large enterprise customers
  • Answering customer queries via email and phone
  • Providing remote support via Skype \ GoToMeeting
  • Diagnosing and Investigating intricate software issues and faults
  • Troubleshooting and logging bugs and feature requests

Essential skills

  • Helpdesk experience in a technical role
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Web server technologies i.e. IIS
  • A confident communicator
  • High proficiency in written English

Desirable skills

  • Microsoft System Centre
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Enterprise IT Monitoring
  • JavaScript \ C#
