This role is a 1st line support role and would suit someone who has a customer service background within a software company and has the abilty to learn and pick up new complex products easily.

Our client are an Accountancy Software company and are seeking people who are keen have a career in Customer Support or progress internally within the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Provisioning of 1st Line Support
- Answer and log inbound calls
- Spend time with the customer to establish the problem, diagnose and provide appropriate resolution steps. Resolving 75% of problems on first contact.
- Escalate Level 2 calls in line with escalation process
- Create Knowledge base articles in-line with identified trends
- Contribute positively towards team statistics
- Set high personal standards

Key skills:
- Knowledge of computers with Understanding of the Microsoft Windows products and technologies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to learn new software and provide support to clients
