Digital Learning Administration Coordinator required for a highly successful and thriving client based in Maidenhead. The successful candidate for this role will provide internal and external customers with delivery of the client learning journey. You must have excellent attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management. Previous use of Learning Management Systems is key to success in the role.

Salary £25,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience.

Duties to include:

  • To effectively manage the company Learning Management System, as a super user. Providing clients with information about the system and ensuring it is well-maintained and kept up to date
  • Assisting the Business Development team in writing proposals, supporting client pitches where necessary (behind the scenes preparing material or on-site)
  • Working closely with the client IT team to ensure pre-testing is carried out to ensure the system will work for them
  • Building digital elements for the client to include: building the overall journey in the LMS and uploading relevant content, ensuring all content is in the appropriate content for the client, designing and carrying out testing
  • During the client programme, ensure that reporting is set up, learners are progressing as expected, updating content as required and dealing with client feedback
  • Assisting with ongoing projects as the company develop their digital offering
  • Developing reporting so that the client and teams are able to see the impact and engagement of learners
  • Producing appropriate training videos or materials for clients

Key skills & attributes required:

  • Must have previous knowledge of Learning Management Systems as well as an understanding of UI and UX principles
  • Previous experience of building learning journeys, uploading content and managing users
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects whilst remaining calm under pressure and working to tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship building abilities
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into simple terms for clients
  • Customer service orientated with a flexible and proactive nature
