Our client, a leading company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join their Marketing department within a small digital team.

The role holder will support the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Content Marketing Executive with maintaining the company portfolio of websites, CRM data maintenance, creating graphics and simple videos for online use.

Our client offers excellent benefits and a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 dep on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content uploading using a CMS system, following regulatory processes
- Identifying simple HTML issues and correcting them
- Ensuring correct SEO optimisation
- Updating the GoldMine CRM database following email campaigns
- Maintain the eNewsletter databases in Excel
- Create infographics, banner, Facebook ads, social media posts etc as required
- Photoshop and image edit in Abode Photoshop
- Simple video creation and editing of existing videos
- Schedule monthly social media posts using Hootsuite
- Collating company news articles and working with the Content Marketing Executive on repurposing
- Maintain the communal Digital Marketing team inbox and forwarding/filing enquiries
- Assistance as required with gathering report data, using a range of tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush and GoldMine Reports

Key Skills:
- Experience in a Digital/Admin/Marketing role (Agency or Inhouse) with demonstrable digital experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite/Office 365 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Demonstrable portfolio of creative works - videos, infographics, social posts, banners, etc
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, on all levels
- Digital qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of HTML beneficial
