Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a small yet fast growing company based in Bourne End, is looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a self-starter to really shape how our client do things, suggest new ideas and be a pivotal member of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

They should be creative with words and visuals, analytically minded, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a strong attention to detail whilst working on multiple deliverables at the same time.
Our client is offering a salary of up to £45000 plus benefits.

Duties include
* Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
* Design, build and maintain our social media presence
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
* Plan, execute, and measure registration and conversion campaigns
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience across website
* Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Managing two direct reports - to assist you in delivering all marketing activity on time
* Identifying process gaps and recommending ways of working to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered at all times
* Supporting database growth and management
* Conducting research on clients
* Managing and enhancing media partnerships, and identifying new partner opportunities

Skills/Experience
* Educated to degree level - candidates with a degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or a life science preferred, but not essential
* Interest in life sciences in particular cardiology - you are curious to dwell into a specific medical specialty and interested in working with doctors
* Excellent spoken and written English - you are passionate about writing inspiring copy
* Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate action
* Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools
* Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
* BONUS: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
* Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Lightroom - designing the perfect thumbnail and taking/editing photos
