Our client, an exciting and vibrant global accessories brand based in the West End of London, is looking for an In-Season Digital Merchandiser to hit the ground running and become an integral member of the Ecommerce Trading team.

Reporting into the Global Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will be responsible for product management in this critical and influential role.


  • Manage the product critical path for ecommerce, developing a solution to ensure perfect 'go-to-market' execution
  • Co-ordinate and develop processes with the product, marketing and photography teams
  • Review stock and sales mix on a weekly basis (across multiple regions) to ensure that product mix is line with demand
  • Work with Demand Planning team to plan yearly demand and key trading periods
  • Work with the CMO to create seasonal forecasts
  • Analyse product sales and recommend product focus for the Trading Calendars
  • Populate the Trading Calendar
  • Plan allocation of stock for sale periods. Liaise with other markets to ensure stakeholder sign-off.
  • On-site merchandising: merchandise categories to drive conversion and AOV


  • Experience in an Ecommerce Merchandising Co-ordinator role
  • Experience with working with multiple markets / regions, and multiple stock holdings
  • Experience liaising and co-ordinating stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Magento platform a bonus, but not essential


  • Salary range: £26k to £30k
  • Bonus scheme and pension
  • Holiday: 21 days pa + standard bank holidays
  • Standard hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Flexible working is available
  • Reports to the Global Ecommerce Trading Manager
