Our client, based in Maidenhead, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to start ASAP!

You will be responsible for leading and delivering the digital strategy, encompassing the strategic direction of all aspects of the digital communications mix.

Benefits include: 25 days holiday rising to 30 days after 5 years, pension matched up to 11% of salary, life assurance & starting salary of up to £47k.

A few of your key responsibilities:

  • Creation and ownership of the digital strategy
  • Manage the digital team across a variety of disciplines
  • Oversee website development and maintenance with the creation of a web development roadmap
  • Build and develop the companies scheme and e-Commerce portals within the website
  • Collaborate as appropriate with external developers and agencies
  • Working closely with the Marketing Specialist, improving the customer focus of all digital channels
  • Responsible for increasing audience and impact using digital platforms
  • Collaborate with key staff and stakeholders, ensuring the strategic and organisational priorities are met through
  • Continuously set goals, track metrics and conversation rates with the aim to constantly improve and optimise performance
  • Work with the Communications and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives can be leveraged for online usage
  • Define, manage and deliver agreed projects, identifying and working with key stakeholders, ensuring plans are approved and projects are delivered in time and within budget

Education, Skills and Abilities


  • Educated to degree level or relevant experience
  • A demonstrable track record in a similar role
  • Experience in optimising website user experience
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mind with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines, timetables, multi-tasking and competing priorities
  • Communicates effectively at senior levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Committed to professional development


  • Hands on e-Commerce and Sitecore CMS experience
