Entry Level Accounts Administrator - to start ASAP!

Our client, a friendly company in Loudwater, is looking for a bright, positive and helpful individual to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in finance/accounts. Ideally, the successful candidate will have some previous office experience.

Mon to Fri 9am - 5.30pm.

Duties include

  • Assisting our Sales and Purchase ledger in day to day tasks
  • Data entry
  • General filing
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Keeping fuel records and receipts using excel spreadsheets
  • Reconciling customer receipts

Required skills and experience

  • The successful candidate will be computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word
  • They must have good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A knowledge of Sage line 50 would be an advantage
  • Proactive, with a positive nature, team player, helpful attitude and a mature approach
