Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £35k to £40k + bonus + benefits

Holidays: 25 days per annum + 2 extra days

As the EHS and Fleet Lead, a few of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight for all matters pertaining to EHS ensuring that the site meets all UK, European and Global compliance requirements
  • Primary contact for internal and external EHS Audits
  • Communicate all events that impact the site both directly and indirectly
  • Manage Fleet Management company on all aspects and day to day running of company cars
  • Manage car procedure penalty programme and implement clear guidance and tools to equip managers for their responsibilitie
  • Retain detailed information on all accidents and report to HSE if necessary
  • Establish an EHS Committee to ensure consultation and communicate maintenance of the EHS program.
  • Measure and report on all areas of corporate metrics
  • Implement and promote various campaigns in collaboration with the UK Internal Communications plan
  • Implement and manage company induction program for both EHS and for those driving on company business

Skills and experience they're looking for:

  • Previous similar experience in Environmental Health & Safety - potentially working within a HR department or a PA function would be beneficial
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working within a large company
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for Health and Safety
  • A professional and friendly manner with the ability to build relationships at all levels and communicate clearly and succinctly
  • EHS qualification desirable
