Events & Marketing Executive (1 year contract)

My client are a Charity who provides transformational leadership programmes for senior leaders across all sectors, including corporate, public, military, education, faith and not-for-profit.

Next year they are celebrating their 25th ANNIVERSARY and are looking for an experienced person within events to join them on a 12 month contract.

Offices are based in Windsor (NO PARKING) and events held mostly in Windsor Castle, Windsor and London.

Salary is £25,000 per annum plus pension contributions.

Key responsibilities:
* Planning, co-ordinating, and managing events
* Liaising with alumni and other stakeholders
* Supporting social media activities and e-news mailings
* Promoting development programmes and the Leadership Academy
* Managing creation of engaging multimedia content including videos, blogs, podcasts, photography
* Reporting on performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, and directly from social media platform analytics.

Key skills:
* Has at least two years' experience in event organising and/or marketing
* Is a good project planner
* Has strong organisational skills
* Works well in team as well as autonomously
* Confident on the phone
* Confident with people
* Is with a confident user of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
