Executive Assistant / Office Manager - Mat Cover

A 10-month contract within an exciting and growing business based in Central Reading.

In this role you will work closely with the Chief Executive and the Executive team, with various office management duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior management
  • Book business travel arrangements
  • Administration of events including those for marketing and sales
  • Drafts letters/ emails on behalf of the senior management team
  • Deals with expenses submission for CEO and other senior execs
  • Prepares meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings
  • Various Office Management duties

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience as a PA to CEO level
  • Previous office management experience in busy environment
  • Energetic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Use of systems including Microsoft Office skills, Expenses systems
