Facilities Co-ordinator

Salary: £20,000 to £24,000

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our client is looking for a diligent Facilities Co-ordinator to join their team. You will plan and co-ordinate essential central services and will assist with the day to day Facilities requirements.

This company provides excellent benefits, such as private health care, contributory pension scheme, onsite free car parking and a subsidised staff canteen. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 06:30-14:30.

A driving licence is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the co-ordination of building maintenance, refurbishments, renovations, office moves
- Assist with the day to day requirements of Health & Safety
- Act as fleet co-ordinator for the company including administration/co-ordination of pool cards
- Provide cover for the Handyman, Postroom and Reception when required


Key Skills:
- Previous facilities experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
