Our client, a professional and friendly company based in Stoke Poges, is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day administration within the Facilities department, and assist the Facilities Manager.

An interest in facilities and/or experience in facilities would be desirable.

* To be responsible for administering the purchase to pay process within facilities, ensuring the process is adhered to and all invoices are processed accurately within SAP. To assist with Budget review as necessary
* Assisting with the facilities induction process for new starters, security passes and other tasks associated with the induction process
* Act as Fire Warden and First Aider - training will be provided if required
* Responsible for the administration of DSE (Display Screen Equipment) process. Ensuring all staff are assessed as necessary
* Responsible for the administration of all post at Head Office
* In conjunction with third party providers administration and monitoring of supplies to the premise. Ensure all facilities supplies, including but not limited to stationery, branded stationery, business cards, photocopier and sundry office equipment
* To be responsible for stock and equipment control of tea points and other office supplies as and when required. Ensuring all site equipment is checked daily e.g. vending machines, Zip Taps, microwaves, fridges
* To be responsible for ensuring that the photocopiers, fax machines and franking machines at the premises are supplied with of paper, toners and other consumables
* Administration of parking permits & car reg
* Ensuring the Company Intranet & notice boards are updated with the most recent policies and procedures relating to facilities, including New Starters
* Overseeing of and providing cover for Reception, as and when required

Experience/skills needed

* Admin experience essential
* Experience of using MS applications and Excel to an intermediate level, experience of SAP accounting systems would be desirable
