This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and well established pharmaceutical company based close to Maidenhead. We are seeking candidates that are advanced on Excel and have excellent administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorizing and checking expense claims on the CRM system
  • Maintaining and updating CRM database
  • Diary and travel management
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Confirming attendances
  • Preparation of meeting materials
  • Providing support for training events
  • Any other admin tasks where required

Key Skills:

  • Educated to A-Level standard
  • Ability to work to strict time frames and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and following procedures
  • Commercial awareness
