Finance Administrator

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and efficient Administrator to provide a first-class service to their portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have office-based experience within a finance role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise cheques and electronic payments within the set deadlines
  • Use SAGE, CashFac and Aviary accounting systems to maintain cashbooks
  • Obtaining information from with various client account departments
  • Daily banking
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliation

Key Skills

  • A finance background either in payroll, bookkeeping, cash book/bank reconciliation
  • Previous pension experience would be desirable
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong eye for detail
  • IT proficient - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS PowerPoint.
