Finance Administrator

Our client based in Thame, is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a small friendly team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using accounting software such as Sage or be AAT Qualified/part qualified.

They offer a competitive salary plus benefits such as; 23 days holiday + bank holiday, group income protection, life assurance, paid voluntary day, bike to work scheme and a heavy focus on developing staff within the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing monthly invoicing
* Responsible for all direct debits including when they fail
* Sage 200 SL allocations
* Credit control including liaising with different departments in the business
* Staff credit card bills and expenses
* Gathering reports and data for financial audits

Key Skills
* Knowledge of Sage 200 and/or Sage 50
* Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
* A self-starter who can proactively improve processes
* Confident at building rapport across departments
* Excellent Communication skills
* Team player who can work on own initiative
