Our client, a growing construction company in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30.

Duties include

- Posting invoices
- Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms
- Reviewing staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with account queries
- Account related filing
- To help maintain various spreadsheets
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Answering office calls
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information
- Printing/Photocopying
