Finance Administrator (with Sage)

Our client, a well-established family run business, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their busy team. The role holder will need SAGE experience and will be responsible for processing customer orders.

A background in accounts or order processing using Sage is essential.

They offer great benefits and a friendly working atmosphere. The hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders
  • Key supplier's invoices
  • Credit control
  • Book in stock coming from overseas and UK
  • Place orders within the UK and some overseas suppliers
  • Update sailing/logistics/shipping spreadsheets
  • Chase supplier's invoices for sailing shipments
  • Complete overseas customer delivery paperwork preparation
  • Update weekly storage spreadsheets
  • Update batch booking when good arrive

Key Skills:

  • Excellent SAGE knowledge is essential
  • Excellent communication, on all levels
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to prioritise work and work effectively to tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
