Finance and Admin Assistant - French Speaker

Our client, a well-established business based in Bracknell are looking for a Finance and Admin Assistant to join their friendly team. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing and administration support.

The role offers excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, gym membership and on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing credit card and Paypal deposits
  • Raising queries on customer payments as required
  • Check payments are received and follow up late payments
  • Process supplier invoices and match up with purchase orders and/or accruals
  • Raise and issue customer invoices
  • Raise credit notes for returns
  • Ad-hoc finance tasks as required

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in a finance administration role
  • Good Excel skills
  • Positive, hands-on approach
  • Works well under pressure
  • Fluent French essential
