Finance and Administration Administrator

Looking for a Commercial Administrator to temp for the next three months in this well-established company in Maidenhead which offers free parking and a subsidised restaurant.

Duties include:
Meeting administration, travel arrangements, logging sickness, collect mail, answer the phone.
Maintain and manage the induction process for new starters and project contract staff
Oversee timesheet system
Arrange team building events
Work with suppliers to prepare quotes and maintain the supplier database.
Will be involved with updating the Intranet, and support the Training Department.

Skills and Experience required:
General IT skills with good Excel
Excellent communication and administration skills,
Good understanding of back office processes
Must have excellent time management skills, happy to work independently, pay attention to detail.
Must be reliable and commit to the role for the next three months.
