Finance Supervisor

Our client, based in Maidenhead are seeking a Financial Supervisor to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for General Ledger accounting & control, cash, banking and purchase ledger. Benefits include, 25 days holiday rising to 30 days after 5 years, life assurance, generous pension.

Duties Include

  • Being responsible for the transactional month end
  • Authorising travel expenses and credit card transactions
  • Monitoring daily cash flow and preparing cash flow forecasts
  • Preparing and controlling the Head Office Bank accounts, including monthly reconciliations
  • Producing and reconciling monthly reports on balance sheet accounts
  • Developing the use of Microsoft Dynamics GP

Skills Required

  • 5 years + experience in similar roles, ie book keeping, purchase ledger, purchasing and payment processes
  • Supervising/managing staff, providing ongoing training and mentoring
  • Experience using Microsoft GP desirable
  • Analytical, methodical approach
