French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced and capable Customer Service Advisor with fluency in French?

Would you like to work for a global leader in their Wooburn Green office?

In this role you will be working with a UK based team, however another European language would be beneficial to the wider team. This company offer excellent salaries (dependant on experience) plus benefits, including: 5% bonus, 25 days holiday, attractive pension scheme, healthcare and life assurance.

Duties to include:

  • Accurately entering orders onto the system
  • Confirming orders and keeping the customer updated through the process
  • Ensuring service levels are met by liaising with planning and purchasing to prioritise orders effectively
  • Ensuring clear delivery instructions are provided to despatch team
  • Providing resolution plans if order discrepancies come up
  • Running and monitoring back order reports
  • Liaising with Finance to resolve any invoice or credit queries
  • Building relationships with internal and external contracts to ensure smooth work flow
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records

Key skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - MUST be fluent in French
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience using an in-house database and Microsoft packages
  • Strong administrative skills
