Graduate Administrator

Our client, a small yet vibrant company based in Henley on Thames, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

The role will be very varied and will involve a variety of administrative tasks with excellent career opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a can do attitue, be quick to learn, bright and flexible with a fantastic work ethic.

Key responsibilities

o Answering the telephones
o Ordering stationery
o Maintaining all internal contact lists and template documents
o Ad hoc printing, binding, scanning, laminating and filing
o Ad hoc support with website, social media and client newsletters
o Arranging delivery of samples
o Arranging couriers
o Ad hoc purchasing and organisation of contractors
o Raising POs in the purchase order system
o Inputting invoices on to Sage
o Banking as required

Personal Skills and Qualities
o Positive "go to" team player
o Good communicator, both verbal and written
o Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
o Ability to work independently
o Methodical and organised
o Confident telephone user
o Excellent IT skills, comfortable with all Microsoft Office
