Our client, a vibrant and exciting company based in Henley on Thames, is looking to recruit a Graduate Facilities and Project Co-ordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, switched on grad looking to develop their career and progress into project management in the future or a more experienced Project Co-ordinator looking for a new challenge.

Duties include

  • From receipt of an enquiry obtain quotes, issue quotes (and if accepted), arrange for works to take place, follow up on completion of works, check invoices against that received
  • To Support the London based project managers (3) as necessary which could include obtaining quotes, typing quotes, getting delivery dates, placing orders etc
  • Liaising with in house handyman to undertake works where suitable
  • To cover for the office administrator when on leave
  • Team Player and to assist where needed in the office
  • We are also looking at setting up a PO system so may have to issue some PO's

The successful candidate will

  • Be organised
  • IT literate
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have a degree
  • Previous facilities or project co-ordination experience useful
