Graduate Office Manager + Research Assistant

Working within a fast growing and successful Executive Search organisation, this is an exciting opportunity for a high potential individual to join the organisation at the early stages and progress with the business.

You will report to the Managing Partner to help with all administration related to delivering executive search assignments and interim placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and telephone screen candidates against core competencies
  • Client and Candidate diary management
  • Help manage and update the company database
  • Arrange regular progress meetings with Client
  • Manage the feedback process
  • Work with the Managing Partner to arrange marketing events

Key Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
