Graduate PA to Director - Temp to Perm

Our client, a global headhunting firm based just outside Marlow, is looking to recruit a high calibre PA to join them.

This client fronting role is pivotal for the businesses success and they're therefore seeking a very special candidate with strong organisational, planning, prioritisation and admin skills coupled with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be comfortable liaising with high level executives.

This role would suit a graduate with some work experience in the corporate sector.


Duties include
- Acting as first point of contact for clients and candidates
- Working in support of our Senior Consultants - their diary management, ensuring that they are prepared for all the meetings they will attend and that their day allows time for all their activities including outbound telephone calls and travel time etc.
- Liaison with clients and candidates in relation to all operations encompassing meetings and schedules on a global basis
- Supporting our Senior Consultants with administrative and management needs throughout the whole search process
- Assisting in their contact strategy to ensure all clients and candidates are kept fully informed at all times throughout the assignment cycle
- Accountable for all foreign travel arrangements for the candidates, managing flights, hotel reservations, appointment schedules for travel, travel budget with clients
- Creating executive level reports for C-level clients by sourcing, collating and presenting information to an outstanding standard
- To be a central point of contact in the office for the team, communicating clearly to ensure that information is shared among the team and that the Consultants are fully up to date with all assignment progress whether the consultant is in or out of the office
- Ensuring all documentation is prepared in line with project deadlines
- Ensuring all communication sent from the team is clear and concise, that all meetings are confirmed, and written material is prepared in a professional and timely manner
- Responsible for running multiple projects at one time ensuring the process is smooth and efficient
- Continuously seeking and reviewing ways and means to improve the service provided to clients, candidates and our own consultants and team

The successful candidate will
- Ideally have a background working in the recruitment industry but this isn't essential
- Be a natural communicator
- Be bubbly, positive, outgoing, warm and compassionate
- Be highly articulate
- Enjoy working to deadlines
- Have a flexible approach
- Possess strong IT skills
