Our client, a worldwide global search organisation based in Marlow, is looking for a Trainee Graduate Research Consultant to join their growing team.

They are seeking a highly intelligent, bright individual who is above the norm in terms of acumen, focus, curiosity and results.

You will need to be a real "people" person and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be highly articulate and personable and able to communicate at all levels.

The successful candidate will be a graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and working with Senior Consultants on International assignments
  • Identifying target companies
  • Actively seeking candidates and building shortlists via internet research, phone mapping, and candidate approach calls.

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Highly curious, always keen to learn
  • Able to manage a busy workload
  • Polished, articulate telephone manner
