Our client, a dynamic and highly successful company, with an international customer base, is seeking a Graduate Technical Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual to join a busy team in an exciting and varied role.

This position is ideally suited to someone who is educated to degree level (or equivalent), and has a technical mind-set, who wishes to pursue a unique career path with a blend of both project management and technical functions. The starting salary is £20,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and long term career progression.

Duties:

  • Preparation and submission of application files to government regulatory authorities
  • Tracking status and driving the process to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and providing day to day support for customers and our internal account managers on a range of matters
  • Review technical product documents to ensure they are suitable for product certification applications
  • Prepare and pre-test engineering samples before they are shipped to overseas test laboratories
  • Verify and supplement the test instructions sent by our customers, so that they are targeted for their intended audience and can easily be understood by non-native English speaking engineers and technicians
  • Manage and support international research projects on new technologies

Skill Profile:

  • Have a relevant degree or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Have an excellent command of English language and any additional language would be advantageous
  • Have excellent relationship building skills
  • Logical, analytical brain and highly organised
  • Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
  • Be comfortable working in a busy and occasionally high pressure environment
  • Be able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of computers and MS Office Professional suite
  • Previous experience in a laboratory environment is advantageous
  • Interest in troubleshooting computers and networking hardware and software is advantageous
  • Willing to travel internationally (10% of the time)
