This vacancy has now expired.

Our client is a market leading retailer, installer and repairer of hot tubs. Established for over 15 years, it has an enviable reputation for quality and customer service. Currently based in Exeter, the business
is looking to rapidly expand geographically (starting with Swindon in 2021), to become the UK's largest hot tub retailer.

The travel restrictions implemented as a result of the COVID pandemic led to a significant increase in demand for hot tubs during 2020. This demand required expansion of the engineering team, which has now reached a size where it requires a leader.

This role is rare in that gives the right candidate the ability to help design and implement their own structure and processes to create a best-in-class operations function.

The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance of Exeter and Swindon.
