A fast growing Executive Search and Interim organisation is seeking a highly motivated Head of Research to join their team.


As the Head of Research you will be responsible for managing and developing the permanent search and interim placement delivery function of the business. As such, you will take management responsibility for the Junior Researcher (currently being hired) and develop existing working practices into an operating model delivering consistent quality and capable of being scaled.

You and your team will be responsible for:

  • Developing a long list of potential candidates for a role using company database, LinkedIn, networking and responses to job advertisements.
  • Approaching and screening candidates (by telephone, email & LinkedIn) against the ideal role profile to identify a short list of candidates for review and interview by company Client Partners.
  • Arranging interviews with the client and short list candidates and managing the feedback process.
  • Capturing candidate intelligence on the Company's internal database.

Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with candidates and Clients (organising interviews and providing feedback) in support of Client Partners and the rest of the delivery process.

  • You must be a car driver due to the location of the role
  • Salary £30,000 - £50,000 dependant on previous experience
