HR Administrator - 12 month FTC

A brilliant opportunity has just become available to join a prestigious and well-known company based in Maidenhead. We are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 12 month FTC.

You do not need previous HR experience so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop in this area! A strong administrative background however, is a must.

Salary c£20,000 dependant on experience

Key duties to include:

  • Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to candidates
  • Placing job adverts
  • Liaising with external recruitment agencies where necessary
  • Managing new hire processes, creating new starters and sending out probation reminders
  • Collating all payroll information on a monthly basis
  • Drafting letters as appropriate
  • Inputting and collating appraisal information and loading onto database
  • Sourcing and managing training courses for various areas of the business
  • Maintaining team member files and database information
  • Ensuring appropriate security for HR information
  • Recording sickness information as required
  • Running monthly reports regarding absence, training and turnover data
  • Assisting HR with any other related projects as required

Key skills & attributes required:

  • Must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to keep well-organised, manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to handle often very sensitive data and apply discretion at all times
  • Must be pro-active with good common sense to problem solve issues that may arise
  • Ability to work independently is a must

This client offers excellent benefits alongside the salary, with working hours being: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday & 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday
